After getting thoroughly soaked at Versailles, we went back to the hotel, dried off and got ourselves back together and decided this would be the night we used our tickets for a cruise on the Seine. Outside seats on the boat were still wet, but we got very lucky and had no more rain. It was a lovely evening after all even with soggy shoes. Needless to say, it wasn't very crowded thanks to the weather.
